Production Facility


Built in Central Java, Indonesia, Terra Rubber supplies butyl reclaimed rubber to meet growing manufacturing demands in major end use industries such as automotive, consumer goods, and others. PT. Terra Rubber Technology employs the use of leading-edge technology and machinery in its production processes. They are custom designed and built specifically for our manufacturing facilities that is specific to Terra Butyl Reclaim production. Our manufacturing facility is designed to deliver an annual production capacity of around 5,000 metric tons.

Laboratorium Facility


At PT. Terra Rubber Technology, we strive to improve our products and processes to conform and adhere to highest possible standards. To achieve that, standard operating procedures and stringent quality assurance programs are implemented to control all relevant practices, from procurement of raw material through to the delivery of consignment

Our in-house quality control testing laboratory routinely performs physical property testing of Terra Butyl Reclaim to ensure that the specific customer requirements are met. The release of each production lot is based on satisfactory results from monitoring these parameters.
